meeu Technologies Private Limited ("Meeu", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Meeu mobile application (Package ID: com.meeu.app) and the website at https://meeu.app. Registered office: VIP Road, Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 492007, India. Developer contact: support@meeu.app. We enforce strict data privacy standards: your user-generated content belongs entirely to you.
2. Information We Collect
We collect user account information (full name, Google email via Google Sign-In, profile picture URL, and unique identifier UID), user-generated content (user-selected photos for poster rendering, voice prompts for AI studio text generation, and exported 3:4 motion status videos), in-app purchase receipts processed via Google Play Billing, and device diagnostics telemetry (device model, Android OS version, crash logs).

5. Children's Privacy (13+ Audience)
Meeu is intended for general audiences aged 13+ and older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please notify us immediately at support@meeu.app and we will purge the data immediately.
6. Data Retention & Account DeletionAccount Deletion Portal
In compliance with Google Play Store Data Safety requirements, all users have the right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data. You can delete your account instantly in-app under Settings > Account > Delete account or submit a web request via our public Account Deletion Portal. Web requests are fulfilled within 15–30 calendar days. Statutory financial records are retained for 7 Years as required by tax law.
