1. Agreement & Eligibility
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Meeu mobile application (com.meeu.app) or our website at https://meeu.app, you enter into a legally binding contract with meeu Technologies Private Limited ("Meeu", "we", "us"). You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
2. Intellectual Property & 100% Creator Ownership
Your Content Belongs to You: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all photographs, audio recordings, video clips, and text prompts you upload, render, or generate using Meeu tools. Meeu claims zero ownership over your exported status videos or artistic creations.
Limited Operational License: Solely to provide generative AI rendering, kinetic typography synchronization, and neural dubbing, you grant Meeu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to temporarily process, cache, and transmit your content through our backend infrastructure.
Meeu Platform Assets: The Meeu brand, software code, UI designs, proprietary motion templates, and audio effects remain the exclusive intellectual property of meeu Technologies Private Limited.
3. Token Credits, Subscriptions & Google Play Billing
All financial transactions, pro subscriptions, and in-app generative token packs are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing via RevenueCat.
Virtual Tokens & Credits Policy: Generative virtual tokens and credits consumed for AI model processing (image isolation, video rendering, translation) are digital consumable goods and are non-refundable once expended. Unused subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your Google Play Subscriptions console.
4. Acceptable Use & Content Standards
You agree not to use Meeu to generate, upload, or disseminate:
- Content that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
- Defamatory, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit depictions without consent
- Synthetic non-consensual deepfakes or impersonations of public individuals
- Malicious code, spyware, or automated bots interfering with platform servers
5. Termination & Dispute Resolution
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
