How do I delete my Meeu account and data?
You can delete your account instantly in the mobile app via Profile > Settings > Delete account. If you uninstalled the app, submit a web request on our Account Deletion Portal.
What happens to my tokens if I delete my account?
Any unused tokens are permanently forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be refunded or transferred.
How do I cancel my Meeu subscription?
Subscriptions are processed via Google Play. Open Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Meeu, and tap Cancel subscription.
How long does a web-based data deletion request take?
Once verified via confirmation email, all account credentials, user media, and AI generation logs are permanently purged from live databases within 15 to 30 calendar days.
